The Toronto Maple Leafs lost a heartbreaker last night, losing 3-2 in overtime to the Montreal Canadiens.

Leaf's head coach, Sheldon Keefe said at the postgame press conference that missed opportunities contributed to last night's loss.

Auston Matthews put the Leafs ahead 2-1 at 17:21.

Phillip Danault tied the game at 19:08 of the third period.

Rookie, Cole Caufield scored the winner at 4:49 of overtime.
