Getting through the many transitions of life.

After the Storm

Sometimes clouds can cast some pretty dark shadows and shades

I’d prefer greener pastures like the Everglades, but sometimes it’s all spades

You can imagine, but there is no truer discovery than for you to have the experience and prevail

Misery loves company

They’ll try to tear you down, with your character and presence to no avail

They can not measure the depth of what is inside of you and your heart

And how you paved the way for those you love to have a better start

Thunder, lightening, and rain can cause a strain while dark clouds shield the light and continue to form leaving much in tatters

There will always be bad weather, that’s the strife of life

It’s what you do after the storm I’d say really matters
