How to raise your vibration instantly?

Do you feel that you are surrounded by negativity?
Do you feel that you become low and want to lift the mood?
Do you want to vibrate at a higher frequency?

1. THE ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE

Gratitude is one of the magical emotions that humans have. It is the feeling of being thankful for anything or everything that you have right now or you want to have shortly.
Quickly think of 5 things that you are grateful for and feel the gratitude, inside.
Whatever happens to you outside is the one and the only reflection of your inner self—keep your inner self happy to get the happiest outside.

2. BREATHING TECHNIQUE

This is one of the effective and underrated techniques for anything that causes you stress. Just breathe.


You should close your eyes and Exhale to start this process. Inhale for the count of 4 and exhale for the count of 8 do this for 5 rounds. Whenever you're doing this, your entire focus should be on your breathing only. While inhaling, your stomach should expand and while exhaling it should shrink. Don’t give movements in the shoulder while doing this. Sit still and focus on your breath and stomach.
After the 5 rounds, breathe normally and now focus on normal breathing. I can assure you that you will feel very calm and composed after you do this technique.
Do it regularly. It’s good for your mental health and also lifts your mood.

3. Affirmations


How do you feel when you receive a compliment from someone? Happy right? how does it feel when you compliment yourself. You should think of this. Affirmations are a short sentence that you should tell yourselves very often to keep your mood high. And also, do you know about the power of your subconscious mind. It tends to believe something to be true if you keep repeating the same thing over again, so please do repeat the positive things to you.

Some of the examples for affirmations are below :

I’m great, I can do this, Regardless of the problems I’m facing, I’m beautiful, I have such a great personality, I’m healthy and my skin is glowing, I’m thankful my dreams are on the way to me, I can get whatever I want, I’m very friendly, I’m ambitious.
You can add it to the list.

4. Watch a comedy


Yes, you heard it right. Take a mobile phone or switch on the TV to watch a best comedy/funny movie. Let’s laugh and lighten up the mood. When we laugh, our bodies change their chemical composition and bring harmony and peace to us. Next time when you feel low, please watch a comedy and see how your body reacts to it.


5. Acceptance is the key


There is a famous quote in English that is, “Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference”.
Let’s take the first part, which is relevant for this topic: Everyone should accept what you cannot change or take control over it. If something is not happening or not in your hands, then there is no point in worrying If things go wrong. If it's under your control, take responsibility. If it does not just leave it, why worry? Just leave it. If things go wrong and suddenly you feel low, just remember that it happened out of your control and you are in no way responsible for it and also, you cannot change anything about it now, just accept it. Detach from outcomes. Simply surrender to the universe and know that you are always being guided.
