Spinach is no longer enough!

I’m at the racetrack betting and drinking,

An Olive Oil break, if that’s what you’re thinking

Keep it hidden in an old spinach can,

Drinking’s the only way I can stay a happy man

Go ape shit with her picky, pick, pic,

All her nagging really makes me sick

Her Brutus act is really something quite brutal

Always try to appease her but all attempts futile

So come on Saddle Tramp, take me away,

Take my mind off what awaits after racing day

Great poem. Well written. I've always been a fan of Popeye cartoons.

While Popeye was at the track, he should have had Wimpy take Olive Oyl for hamburgers that he would gladly pay you on Tuesday for.
