Thoughts of a love past

She lays in the sun warmed grass

Allure and warmth radiate from her

Leaving me mind wiped

All I know is her in this moment

Her beauty needs no canvas

Her blue eyes leave my dumb as I look for meaning

I dare speak for fear it would break this spell

This moment so perfect

Time can not take it from me

She stirs

The picture changes

The feelings do not

With a gesture she beckons me

I do not hesitate

I am still there

Criss Sole

So romantic and peaceful. You were able to capture such a beautiful moment here.
Great poem.

I wrote this when it happened years ago but still it lingers in my mind.
