WHEN DRAMS BEGIN TO FADE
By Al Garcia
It is when dreams begin to fade and memories fail to reappear, that life begins to lose the passion and the ecstasy that fuels the human heart.
Time rejuvenates the morning sky that ignites the breath and rhythm of all that feel the golden rays and rushing winds that wake the dormant splendor of existence. Time rekindles the burning stars that light the night that hides the blemishes and flaws that tarnishes the human soul. And it is time that extinguishes the dreams that fuel the illusions and allusions that keep the spirit alive.
To see the languishing of fading dreams is to feel the heavy shadows of despair, and to know the guilt of helplessness. In the end, it is time that betrays all hope – the same time that once promised a lifetime of dreams and of joy.
When dreams begin to fade, the golden rays and burning stars no longer light the days and nights that once ignited the breath and rhythm of a life.

I innerstand the feelings expressed here, honest melancholy.
