Oh wait, my heart has skipped a beat

Did you just say you’d come to meet?

Your words have ruled and ruined my nights

I wonder if the times would change your might!

Oh wait, I saw your lips give me a smile

Rather puts me under a spell as if beguile

And I’m drowning in your eyes, O so deep!

Hold my hand and take the lead

Oh wait, my words are hasty to get the fame

As if I caged them, before you came!

You draw me closer that chills my spine

For your hands are magic and lips the wine!

Oh wait, did you just say that I am Love?

When you are White as the Whitish Dove!

I sing to you a nightingale’s song

When in my lap, you sleep along!

Oh wait, my eyes are closing with this rhyme scheme

Hold me in your arms before I’m woken of this dream

Imprint to sleep, the butterfly kisses on my eyes

Give caresses on my cheeks
