Hello ladies!, I hope l find you well. I am so excited to be able to share with you some life nuggets that are as rare to find as crystals and shimmering gems in the middle of the sea. The Word God of says in the book of Proverbs that wisdom is a principal thing. But we can not talk of wisdom without mentioning knowledge. Knowledge is information and information is powerful. 

Our queen mother Eve, in the book of Genesis was deceived by the serpant because she lacked information. And because of her ignorance, that mistake is still costing generations and generations to come even our own generation.  Thanks to our LORD Jesus Christ who rectified that mistake by dying for us on the cross. 

Dear ladies, let me tell you something, whoever feeds you with information guides your conviction. So, it's very possible to be easily tricked if you don't have enough and true information about life in general. There are so many modules that make up a degree called LIFE. The relevancy of these modules is determined by your own life's purpose. Henceforth, you must be fully equipped with information about the modules that make up the degree of your life purpose. 

The reason why l'm writing this article is so as to open your eyes to information that is vital to your life's purpose. The issues l am going to address in this article, some you have heard of them and some issues you will be hearing them for the first time. I am glad that at my last fullstop you would have grabbed and learned two or three things that will help you shift your own perspective about life. 

Fasten your seatbelts, we are about to hit the road. This is how l will present the information l have to you. This article comprises of four hot topics namely:

Personal grooming is a skill that assist individuals to clean and maintain their bodies. Personal grooming is essential to enhance appearance as well as personal hygiene. Also, it goes an extra mile in boosting an individual's self-esteem while developing a stunning personality. 

Personal grooming needs to be maintained as simple as possible. Typically it is the maintenance of body parts for a charming overall look. Yes, nobody loves to associate with someone who looks scruffy and untidy, let's be honest ladies. That being said, below we are going to discuss some of the personal grooming tips every lady must know. Let's us bring it on: 

•Apply Reasonable Make-up

Please ladies do not overdo your make-up. Overdoing it will make you look like a circus have just visited town. Excessive make-up changes your entire self instead of just enhancing your appearance. Most men describe excessive make-up as fraud. Use foundation to reinforce your skin's even tone and apply mascara to make your eyes more bright. 

3-D make-up is for movies and photo shoots okay? Make sure you apply ultra-fine shades of lipstick and lip gloss. Ultimately, light make-up is essential for regular appearance. "The Devil Wears Prada" kind of make-up is needed when you are going to Harloween parties or any other social or informal events. 

•Dress how you want to be addressed

Your mode of dressing says a lot about you. Make it a point to wear outfits that make you feel comfortable and confident. I'm sorry to say this but most ladies have a tendency of wearing something short enough to cover the essentials and instead of making it interesting by being comfortable in that chosen outfit they make it awkward by pulling that short dress or skirt down as if somebody forcibly put it on them. 

Another thing, put on the right attire for the right occasion, your clothes must fit the event and specifications. You can't be seen wearing a Harloween costume in a board meeting unless you want to steal the attention and become the comedy of the year. A point to take note of is, always dress how you want to be addressed. Dress like a slut and they will surely refer to you as one. 

Your dress code introduces you before you introduce yourself. Wearing well-fitting (not tight-fitting) that are neatly ironed will enhance your inner confidence and outlook. When it comes to jewelry, minimum and light-weight will do to prevent unnecessary attention and distractions. 

•Always smell nice

Your scent is your signature. It represents you wherever you go. A good cologne is a must have. Bad odor is often a turn-off not only to others but also to you. There are exceptional rules when it comes to applying perfume. 

Make it a point to apply a mild or subtle perfume or deodorant since strong scents are not recommended for women anyway. It is not everyone who is comfortable with strong scents. Other people have health issues like allergies, asthma and other respiratory problems. Keeping it normal won't hurt.

•Keep your nails short and clean

Most ladies tend to overlook nail hygiene. Just like you take care of your hands, give your nails a manicure and your toes a pedicure once in a while if you can afford it. If you can't afford for a treat of your nails at least keep them short and clean. 

Ladies please, those long fake nails that look like eagle claws are fancy and nice but trust me they will give you a hard time when you want to do simple things like eating, washing your body, doing your laundry and holding certain items. Keep your nails trimmed and apply a subtle shade of nail polish to enhance your overall look.

•Get rid of unwanted hair

Regardless of the body part, unwanted hair is often disgusting. Occasionally get your eyebrows and upper lips done. If you are fascinated with no-arm dresses and tops, make sure your armpits doesn't look like a jungle. Get rid of that armpit hair. Hair remover is not expensive. 

•Maintain your hairstyles

Your hair style can enhance or spoil your overall appearance. While you may want to look extraordinary and unique, it would help if you keep it simple. Dear ladies take note, some hair styles and colors are not for you. For your own information, your natural hair color is just superb as it is. 

Shampoo your hair at least thrice a week or else lice will use it as their nest. For those who wear weaves and wigs, change and wash them respectively. Staying with a weave for more than three months is a big NO! unless you want birds to come and lay eggs on your head thinking it's a nest. It is also worth noting that hairstyles vary depending on an individual's shape of face. 

•Wear clean and comfortable footwear

The most important item among a woman's outlook are shoes. Generally speaking, when others see you for the first time, they first look at your shoes and then your face and lastly your dressing (clothes). Dear ladies, let me tell you a little secret; nice shoes take you to great places.

We know we want to look fancy and sassy with our latest high heels. Remember, your type of footwear leaves an impression on you. Whatever your preferences are, make sure to choose one that makes you feel comfortable. If you prefer high heels as long as 12 inches, then rock in them girl! Just make sure that you feel comfortable moving around in them. 

You can't be seen walking like a drunkard falling down and getting up  because you can't walk in high heels. Please don't unnecessarily embarrass yourself. If you have trouble walking in high heels it's not too late to start learning. Google has everything you need. Go on YouTube and search for videos with tutorials on how to walk in high heels. Take notes and practice until you are able to walk in heels properly. One more thing, ensure to keep your shoes as clean as possible.

Basic Etiquettes

Etiquettes go hand in hand with personal grooming. Such including friendly gestures like smiling, courtesy words like, 'please', 'excuse me', 'pardon me', 'l'm sorry' and 'thank you'. How you speak and carry yourself around should also tell more about your etiquette. 

Your choice of words should be seasoned to create a decent impression of yourself. No matter how angry or frustrated you are, never use vulgar or foul language or words that can hurt the people around you. Remember, it costs nothing to be kind and polite. Always be in your feminine energy, that is what truly defines and differentiate a woman from a man. 

•Hair Etiquette

Good hair etiquette means never scratching your head, combing your hair or attempting to tie your hair in public.

•Dining Etiquette

Dear ladies, always know that in life one day you are going to be invited at events that will require to dine and eat with others on the same table. Therefore, you need to have dining do's and don'ts at your fingertips. Practice, practice, practice! Practice makes perfect. Let's talk about these rules. 

Proper etiqutte is essential for making a favorable impression at both lunch or dinner, interviews, weddings, parties and other social business situations. Although common sense is often your best guide, there is always an exception where your common sense will not always be common. The following suggestions will help you stand out as a polished professional. 

•Reception / Social Hour

Reception or social hours are typically for the purpose of networking for jobs and entertaining clients. Follow the lead of the majority of individuals in the room and the following basic tips will help you. 

Keep at least one hand free

If you are standing, have only a drink or food in one hand never both. Hold a drink in your left hand so that you have a dry hand to offer a firm, not crushing hand shake. You can eat and drink while sitting, but it is always better to stand and greet. Make good eye contact. Don't forget to introduce yourself to the host / hostess and don't interrupt conversations.

Avoid approaching two people engaged in deep conversation. Wait until there is a break so you can introduce yourself. Look for visual cues to join the conversation. Make eye contact. Ask people questions about themselves and the work they do. Always offer your contact information and know when it is time to go. Move on to the next group or individual, follow up with promising contacts and assess how you can improve your performance.

Dining Stages

1. Arrival / Sitting Down

Make it a point to arrive on time and call ahead if you know you will be late. Do not place any bags, purses, sunglasses, cellphones on the table. Have proper posture and keep elbows off the table. Wait 15 minutes before calling to check on the arrival status of your dinner partners. 

2. Table Setting

When presented with a variety of eating untensils, remember the guideline to "start at the outside and work your way in". For example, if you have two forks, begin with the fork on the outside. Do not talk with your utensils and never hold a utensil in a fist. Set the utensils on your plate not the table when you are not using them.

3. Napkin

Typically, you want to put your napkin on your lap (folded in half with the fold towards your waist) soon after sitting down at the table, but follow your host's lead. The napkin should remain on your lap throughout the entire meal. Place your napkin on your chair, or to the left of your plate if you leave the table as a signal to the server that you will be returning. When the host places their napkin on the table, this signifies the end of the meal. You should then place your napkin on the table as well.

4. Ordering and Being Served

Do not order the most expensive item from the menu. Ladies, we know we love fancy and nice stuff but please don't order appetizers or desserts unless your host encourages you to do so. While it is best not to order alcohol if consumed, should be in moderation. We know you bar rangers lol.

With all due respect, avoid ordering items that are messy or difficult to eat (that is spaghetti, French onion soup, burgers etc. Wait for everyone to be served before beginning to eat, unless the individual who has not been served encourages you to begin eating. I know your appetite will be whetting already but be patient and wait for others to arrive at the table, LOL. 

5.During the Meal

Eat slowly and cut only a few small bites of your meal at a time. Chew with your mouth closed and do not talk with food in your mouth. Pass food items to the right (that is bread, salad dressings, salt & spread). If you are the individual starting the passing of the bread basket, first offer some to the person on your left, then take some for yourself, then pass to the right. 

Pass salt and pepper together, one in each hand. If someone has asked you to pass these items, you should not pause to use them. Taste your food before seasoning it. Do not use excessive amounts of sweeteners - no more than two packets per meal is the rule of thumb. 

Bread should be eaten by tearing it into small pieces, buttering only a few bites at a time. Do not cut bread with a knife or eat whole. Gently stir your soup to cool it instead of blowing on it. Spoon your soup away from you. You do not have to clean your plate. It is polite to leave some food on your plate.

6.Be Aware of Your Different Eating Styles

 Continental / European Style

Cutting the food with the right hand and using the left hand to hold the food while cutting and when eating. 

American Style

Cutting the food with the right hand and holding the food with the left, then switching hands to eat with the right hand. 

7.When You Have Finished

When you have finished, leave your plates in the same position, do not push your plates aside or stack them. Lay your fork and knife diagonally across the plate, side by side, pointing at 10:00 and 4:00 on a clock face. This signifies to the wait staff that you have finished. The person who initiates the meal generally pays tips appropriately 15 % for moderate service, 20 % for excellent service. Always remember to thank your host.

Turmeric powder is absolutely an amazing resource to lighten dark spots. Unlike the other home remedies, turmeric has to be combined with other resources. Expect fast results in as little as two weeks if it's used daily. Here is the first method to try:


1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

1-2 teaspoons of milk

1 teaspoon of lemon juice

•Mix these three ingredients together until it forms a paste that is not too thick but not too liquid either. 

Leave this on for 20 minutes before rinsing with water. It may take a couple of rinses to fully get rid of the dark spots like if it's on the face. Do this routine daily for two weeks and you will see a big difference in no time. If you don't have milk or lemon juice in the kitchen you can also substitute it with olive oil and honey. Honey is sweet and sticky but it lightens scars.

•Tired of being confused by identifying your own luggage among other people's luggages? It is simple, just tie a small piece of bright colored fabric to your luggage. It saves you time to check if it's your bag or not. 

•For ladies who use their phones to watch your favorite shows on Netflix and are tired of leaning it onto something where it will fall down after a while: Use your sunglasses as a holder. 

•Take a picture of business cards people hand you in case you lose it.

•When ironing a button-up shirt, flip it inside out to easily iron over the button side.

•Put old newspapers at the bottom of bin or trash can to absorb food juices.

•Put a card with your home address, medical aid details and relatives contact details in your wallet. It can save your life someday in times of life-threatening situations.

•To the ladies who love taking selfies, squint your eyes to make your smile look much more genuine. 

•Use a spring from an old pen to keep your charger from bending and breaking.

•Clean out an old lotion bottle with a wide opening and lid and put your phone and money for safe keeping when traveling.

•To remove stem from strawberries, use a straw. 

•Put a wooden spoon across a boiling pot of water to keep it from boiling over. 

•Put a stocking over the end of a vaccum cleaner to find tiny items like earrings.

•Paint your keys with different colors of nail polish, each color on one key to easily distinguish the sets. It helps if you lend a spare key to a house guest. 

•Chill your white wine with frozen grapes. This prevents the flavor from being watered down. 

•When you pack a suitcase, wrap up your shoes in a shower cap. This will prevent the soles from touching your clean clothes.

•Use two fingers to test out your bra fit. If you can't fit two fingers under the band of your bra it is too tight. If you can fit your entire fist under the band, it's too lose.

•Put baking soda in your flats to avoid smelly shoes. When you put shoes on without socks, your feet sweat and start to smell. If you put baking soda in your flats, it will kill the bacteria and get rid of that gross smell. 

•Use ice cubes to remove gum from your hair. Ice will harden the gum making it easier to remove. You can also use this method for getting gum off the soles of shoes. 

•White wine can take the sting out of the red. Imagine this. You're at a party and having a glass of red wine when suddenly someone bumps into you and you spill wine all over your shirt. What do you do? Neutralize it with white wine. White wine has an enzyme that can remove the stain, making it very easy to clean. All you need to do is pour white wine on the stain, then blot it using a cloth that has been dampened. Dry the clothing after the stain is gone and you're as good as new.

•A banana can give you a smile that you dream of. Everything we eat or drink takes the whiteness out of our teeth but there is a way to make it better. Banana peels can whiten your teeth easily. Simply rub the inside of the peel along each row of your teeth for a minute. Then sit for 10 minutes. After you do this, brush your teeth as usual and then you're done. Doing this three times a week can lighten your teeth as much as a kit that can cost you a lot of money. No harsh chemicals, that's better right?

A sexcapade is a sexual experience that involves some risk or excitement. So many ladies struggle when it comes to achieving the popular O word. There are plenty of reasons why it happens to them, some of it l'm going to to address in this article. Through research and listening to sex experts, there are some things that are affecting ladies physically and emotionally that will end up messing their sex life. However, there are plenty of solutions to keep the passion alive which l'm going to address later. Let's get started:

Issue # 1: Most ladies have a problem with their bodies being cold (''cold blooded")


There are a number of factors which dictate whether you are someone who is more hot or more cold. These include weight, size, age, gender, diet, sleeping patterns and your lifestyle. Who is cold? Women, older people, less active individuals and those with lower BMI (Body Mass Index). Who is hot? Men, younger people, those with an active lifestyle and those with higher BMI.

Several studies have found that women's hand temperatures tend to be lower than men's. Women can feel cold even when their internal organs are cosy. Women have more body fat which doesn't have much in the way of blood supply, it insulates the skin, so their skin temperatures tend to be lower.

The reason why men crave women who are 'hot' is because adding heat to the right spots on your guy's body will actually boost his sensitivity to touch. Applying warmth raises his thermal temperature causing his blood flow to increase, which inturn makes his skin more receptive to stimulation. When your warm body touches his that warmth creates and change in temperature which heightens arousal.


The reason why this is so is because their bodies are not properly engaged in a process called thermogenesis. But have you ever wondered what thermogenesis means? Or why you need to increase it? That's why l'm here to help you understand it. Most men complain that their women are cold-blooded when it's time to roll between the sheets and they find it difficult to turn them on and turn themselves on too because of that issue. 

So what can these women do to fix it. The reason why women with this problem need to fix it is because, men are turned on when a woman's body is 'burning' with heat (produces heat) metaphorically referred by men as "electricity". Thermogenesis is the metabolic process by which organisms burn calories inorder to generate heat. A simple way to say that is thermogenesis is the body's way of producing heat. It does this by burning calories.

According to genetics, a female's body is supposed to be warm all the time not cold like that of a reptile. Therefore, women with this problem of cold bodies or body parts should intake what is called Thermogenics. Thermogenics are ingredients or supplements that help increase the production of heat in the body and as a result increase the number of calories you expend. There are a number of ingredients commonly touted  Thermogenics that can help your body to produce heat and inturn help you turn on your man faster. I will mention them below: 

Thermogenic # 1: Ginger root

Commonly seen in Asia cooking, ginger is a pungent spice loaded with metabolism - boosting compounds. These compounds are gingerols. Ginger has long been recognized as a herb with warming properties. Ginger is noted for its apparent ability to warm the body and has historically been used as a diaphoretic (substance known to induce sweating thus increasing circulation and heat.)

There are many ways you can use ginger. You can drink it in your tea, put it in your porridge. Or sprinkle it in your meals. Taking your meals with ginger leads to greater calorie burning thereby helping your body produce heat. Shock your man with that electric body. 

Thermogenic #2: Cinnamon

Cinnamon is a herb or spice usually used as an ingredient in cooking especially in baking and pastry. Did you know that this herb helps dry dampness in the body and warms people that are always cold and suffering from poor circulation. Cinnamon is antiseptic and an excellent digestive tonic thereby helping your body produce heat and keeps you "hot" everytime.

Thermogenic # 3: Garlic

Consuming garlic improves circulation by helping to prevent the blood from clumping together. Garlic can do more than protect you from vampires lol. Like ginger, garlic is known to increase circulation, preventing blood from clotting and giving you the temperature boost you are looking for. Enjoy it in all your favorite dishes. Just be sure to keep some gum on hand alright?

Thermogenic # 4: Cayenne Pepper

If you can handle the heat, cayenne pepper will definitely do the trick to those who are cold-blooded. It is a chemical called capsaicin that makes these peppers so spicy, and turns up your body heat when digested.

Issue # 2: Women being inactive during sex

Men often complain that women remain inactive during the act and will be lying there like a log and a dead fish, leaving the men confused as to whether he is doing it right or not. Men love it when women are active, responsive and communicative during the match. 

It boosts their confidence to know that his woman is enjoying whatever he will be doing to give her pleasure. Ladies don't be afraid to take charge or control when you are with your man, tell him what you want, tell him where you want to be touched. Below are tips that will improve your sex life with your man:

Tip # 1: Play rough

Why it works? According to research and interviews conducted with men, aggressive and wild in bed. It communicates desire and unbridled lust. It shows that you are hot for him. Periodically let your inner animal out and turn your guy on to some seriously primal session. It's allowed to be the freaky chick here and there. Word of caution do this only to a man who is completely and wholeheartedly committed to you (your husband is the best candidate). 

Tip #Create variety

Each person have their favorite food right? But too much of everything becomes boring and unbearable. For instance, let's say you like vanilla ice cream and you eat it 3 times a day for the whole week. I bet the following week you won't even want to see anywhere written "ice cream". So is the issue with sex. 

Doing the same sex position all year round will make sex boring according to men's responses during interviews and research conducted. Men were saying the most frequently practiced sex position is the missionary and they were complaining that women are not willing to explore other positions. 

Ladies one thing you need to know about men is that they crave variety. To prove this to you, there was an experiment that was conducted between a cock and a hen. A cock was made to mate (have sexual intercourse) with a hen for several rounds and it was discovered that after the third round, the cock was burnt out and couldn't continue anymore. The same cock was made to mate with different hens and it lasted more than 15 rounds non stop. This experiment is enough evidence to prove that the male species crave variety.

Therefore ladies, be experimental, try new things with your man in the bedroom, spicy up your sex life. Change the environment, try it in the bathroom, kitchen, couch, chair and table etc. Be open-minded to try new things ladies, and you will see that your sex life will improve as you create variety. Men crave variety to keep things exciting.

Issue # 3: Women struggling to get the O word (Orgasm)

This issue falls under sexual problems. What is a sexual problem? A sexual problem is something that keeps sex from being satisfying or positive. Most women have symptoms of a sexual problem at one time or another for some women the symptoms are ongoing.

But your symptoms are only a sexual problem if they bother you or cause problems in your relationship. The common sexual problems often complained of by most women is failing to be aroused (lack of feelings), pain during intercourse, dryness and not having orgasms at all.

The absence of having orgasm is also referred to as anorgasmia. This term can be divided into primary anorgasmia, when a woman has never experienced an orgasm, and secondary anorgasmia when a woman who previously experienced orgasms no longer can. Female orgasmic disorder can occur as a result of physical and emotional causes.

What are some causes of these sexual problems in women?Female sexuality is complicated. At its core is a need for closeness and intimacy. Women also have physical needs. When there is a problem in either the emotional or physical part of your life, you can have sexual problems. Some common causes include: 

Emotional causes


relationship problems

•depression or anxiety

•a memory of sexual abuse/ rape

•unhappiness with your body

Physical causes

•hormone problems

•pain from an injury such as diebetes or arthritis

•aging which can cause changes in the vagina such as dryness.

•taking certain medication for example medicine for depression, anxiety and seizures may cause sexual problems. Like l mentioned before, symptoms of sexual problem can include: 

•Having less desire for sex

•Having trouble feeling aroused

•Not being able to have an orgasm

•Having pain during sex

How are sexual problems in women diagnosed?

You may notice a change in desire or sexual satisfaction. When this happens, it helps to look at what is and isn't working in your body and in your life. For example, are you ill or do you take medicine that can lower your sexual desire or response? Are you stressed or often very tired? Do you have a caring, respectful connection with your partner? Do you and your partner have the time and privacy to relax together? Do you have painful memories about sex or intimacy?

Your doctor can help you decide what to do. He or she will ask you questions, do a physical examination and talk to you about possible causes. I understand it can be hard or embarrassing to talk to your doctor about this. Sometimes it helps to write out what you want to say before you go. Say something like, "For the past few months, l haven't enjoyed sex as  much as I used to." Or you could say, "Ever since l started taking that medicine, l haven't felt like having sex."

How are these problems treated?

Treatment for a sexual problem depends on the cause. It may include treating a health problem, learning how to talk openly with your partner and learning about things you can do at home. For example, you might take a warm bath to relax, have plenty of foreplay before sex or try different positions during sex. Feel very free talking with your doctor. The more you can tell your doctor, the more he or she will be able to help you.

Let me tell you one secret ladies. Maybe you have heard of it or not. The most erogenous zone when it comes to sex is the mind. Sex begins in the mind. Imagination is a powerful tool when it comes to sex. Use your imagination. Imagine what you want your man to do to you and what you want to do with him before the deed. This will stimulate your whole body to respond to the thoughts in your mind thereby feeling aroused. Below are other erogenous zones that can transform your sexual life:

1. The clitoris: a ticket to climax maximus

The clitoris is extremely sensitive. For most women who have one, the clit is pretty freaking important for a journey to O town (orgasm). But it's not just a tiny button of pleasure. The part you can see outside is "just the tip". Internal parts of the clitoris extend down to encircle the vagina and reach towards the anus. You can certainly stimulate the clit externally but you can also go for a little indirect rub-a-dub from inside or even some butt play. 

2. The vagina: the V-spot to G-spot

You have heard of the famous sexual pleasure spot called the G-spot right? Researchers still deny that it doesn't exist or at least in a way most women have thought of it. But according to the shared experience of some women, there is still a pleasurable point to be found. 

The G-spot is said to be located on the front wall of the vagina, is likely the centre of that clitoral wish bone rather than a completely different part of the anatomy that heightens pleasure The vaginal opening and interior do contain nerve endings and stimulation can bring on an immense amount of satisfaction according to the testimonies of those women who have experienced that kind of pleasure. 

According to research, the cervix located at the top of the vaginal canal has its own feel-good nerve pathways that can contribute to arousal and climax. There are more erogenous zones but l'm not going to talk about them all here. So it's now your homework to add flesh to the bones that l have given you.

The often skipped but most important stage before the S word (s*x)


According to research, did you know it takes four hours to fully open up a women's body to pleasure? I know you might say oh gosh who has time for that? However, it is important to value the intricacies of women's pleasure and understand our bodies, particularly our vaginas require long and delicious amounts of foreplay.

Without foreplay, not only do you cut the opportunity to access deep states of orgasm but if you are penetrated without full readiness on a physical and emotional level on a regular basis, you can programme your vagina's response to touch in a way you didn't intend to. The outcome is desensitization. According to research carried out on women, it was found out that a lot of women experience pain during intercourse.

The importance of Foreplay

Ladies listen, it is vital to bring forth an understanding of the physical and emotional pieces at play when your body and mind are turning on for some love making session. Combining the two will allow you the opportunity to enhance your pleasure potential, cultivate longevity in your intimacy and call your attention to the fact that women just like men, get 'hard' too. 

The Physical Aspect of Foreplay

Did you know that our vaginas contains a similar amount of erectile tissues as a man's genitals? Women store most of this internally so, without curious inspection, it's less obvious to identify. When a woman becomes turned on (the sexual excitement phase), the blood rushes to the cells of her erectile tissues, which grows, expands the inner and outer appearance of her lady landscape (vagina). 

Her clitoris, which extends in length, becomes erect. Her labia minora grow 2-3 times in size. Her urethral sponge (as commonly known as G-spot) and perineal sponge balloons, it protudes, which allows for greater stimulation on penetration. 

The physical process of expansion in a woman's sex centre is erotically named 'engorgement'. Witnessing engorgement is similar to watching a hibiscus flower bloom. In heterosexual sex, we wait for the man to become erect before he penetrates inside a woman's body. The same treatment should be given to women too. 

Sex experts refer to penetration before adequate stimulation as 'premature intercourse'. Premature intercourse is linked to the reason why most women fail to climax or have an orgasm during each of their sexual encounters. For you to understand this at a deeper level, l am  going to outline and explain to you the sex stages or phases from the beginning to the end. Before that let me explain first about the emotional aspect of foreplay below. 

The Emotional Aspect of Foreplay

Feeling is a key to accessing pleasure. Many women simply find it impossible to orgasm which is almost never to do with a physical inability but is actually linked to a lack of time and space to let the mind go, to fully relax and to release. The greater our ability to embody the body, the deeper and more profound our pleasure will become. 

Foreplay is not just about adopting some new sexy tricks before penetration. You could have the most skilled lover ever yet if you aren't giving yourself permission to let go, buckle up for some mediocre bonks. The questions you need to ask yourself are: 

•Are you willing to take more time for foreplay?

•How long do you spend on foreplay with lovers?

•Do you feel pleasure through penetration? (Rate this from 1-10).

•Where does your mind go during sex? Are you present in the interaction? Or focused elsewhere and easily distracted?

•Have you watched the process of engorgement occuring in your own body? Are you willing to give it a try?

If you take time to digest all this information and put into practice in your own sex life, you will finally reach to the O-town without any breakdown along the journey. Fighting!

The Stages / Phases of Sex

The following is the description of physiological process of female orgasm in the genitals what is called the Masters and Johnson four phase of sexual intercourse.

The 1st phase: The Excitement Phase

The excitement phase known also as the arousal or initial excitement phase is the first stage of the human sexual response cycle which occurs as a result of physical or mental erotic stimulations such as kissing, making out, fantasizing or viewing erotic images that leads to sexual arousal. In this stage, the body prepares for sexual intercourse initially leading to the plateau phase which l am going to talk about later.

Physical and emotional interaction & stimulation of the erogenous zones during foreplay usually establishes some initial arousal. Among both sexes, the excitement phase results in an increase in heart rate, breathing rate and a rise in blood pressure. For the sake of this article l'm going to focus on women's sexuality only; for the men? well, it's another topic for another day. This article is strictly for women only. 

Female Excitement

The excitement phase in women can last from several minutes to several hours even though it is generally understood that women take time to arouse sexual excitement. For many women, the breasts increase slightly in size and the nipples become hard and erect. The muscle that surrounds the vaginal opening grows slightly tighter and the uterus increases or grows in size. The vaginal walls begin to produce a lubricating organic, in preparation for a smooth passage of the male genital.

The 2nd phase: The Plateau Stage

This is the period of sexual excitement prior or before orgasm. This stage is characterized by an increase in circulation and heart rate in both males and females. There is an increase in sexual pleasure with increased stimulation and further increased muscle tension and espiration continues at an elevated level. Taking a lot of time in the plateau stage without progression to or finally reaching the orgasmic phase may result in sexual frustration.

The Plateau Stage in Females

This stage in females is basically a continuation of the same changes evident in the excitement stage. The clitoris becomes extremely sensitive and withdraws inwards slightly and the Bartholin glands produce more lubrication. Also the tissues of the outer third of the vagina swell a little and the pubococcygeas muscle tightens, reducing the diameter of the opening of the vagina. The stage is called orgasmic platform and for those women who never reach orgasm this is the peak of sexual excitement.

The 3rd phase: The orgasm stage

An orgasm is the conclusion of the plateau phase of the sexual response cycle and it is experienced by both males and females, although quite a notable number of women fail to reach orgasm and therefore tend to fake one. An orgasm is accompanied by quick cycles of muscle contraction in the lower pelvic muscles which surrounds the primary sexual organs.

The genital muscles, including the uterus and introitus experience rythmic contractions around organs seconds apart. The female orgasm typically lasts longer than the male at an average of around 13-51 seconds. Unlike men, most women don't have a refractory (recovery period) and so can have further orgasms if they're stimulated again.

The final phase: The Resolution stage

The body gradually returns to its former state, with swelling reduction and slowing down of pulse and breathing.

The last issue: 'Loose' Vagina

When it comes to the vagina, there are a lot of myths and misconceptions. Some people for example believe vaginas can lose their elasticity and become loose forever. That's not actually true though. Your vagina is elastic. This means it can stretch to accommodate things coming in (male genitals) or going out (a baby being delivered during giving birth). 

It won't take long for your vagina to snap back to its previous shape. Your vagina may become slightly looser as you age or have children but overally, the muscles expand and retract just like an accordion or a rubber band.

Demystifying the myth ofa loose vagina

First things first; there is no such thing as a 'loose' vagina. Your vagina may change over time due to age and child birth, but it won't loose its stretch permanently. The myth of a 'loose' vagina has historically been used as a way to shame women for their sex lives. 

After all, a 'loose' vagina is not used to describe a woman who has a lot of sex with her partner. It is primarily used to describe a woman who has had sex with more that one man. According to research, the truth is that it doesn't matter who you have sex with or how often, because it won't cause your vagina to stretch out permanently. A word of caution, l'm not by any means promoting promiscuity here, bear that in mind. 

It is important to note that a "tight" vagina maybe a sign of an underlying concern, especially if you are experiencing discomfort during penetration. Your vaginal muscles naturally relax when aroused. If you are not turned on, interested or physically prepared for intercourse, your vagina won't relax, self lubricate and stretch.

Tight vaginal muscles then, could make a sexual encounter painful or impossible to complete. Extreme vaginal tightness could also be a sign of vaginismus. This is a treatable physical disorder that affects a lot of women worldwide. Vaginismus is pain that happens before or during penetration. This could mean sexual intercourse, slipping in a tampon or inserting a speculum during a pelvic exam. 

Your vagina will change overtime. Only two things can affect your vagina's elasticity; age and child birth. Frequent sex or lack of it thereof  won't cause your vagina to lose any of its stretch. Overtime, childbirth and age could potentially cause a slight, natural loosening of your vagina. Women who have had more than one vaginal birth are more likely to have weakened vaginal muscles.

However, aging can cause your vagina to stretch slightly, regardless of whether you have had children. You may begin to see a change in your vagina's elasticity starting in your 40's. That's because your estrogen levels will begin to drop as you enter the perimenopausal stage. A loss of estrogen means your vaginal tissue will become thinner, drier, less acidic and stretchy or flexible.

These changes may become more noticeable once you reach fall menopause. Childbirth is also another factor. It is natural for your vagina to change after vaginal delivery. After all, your vaginal muscles stretch in order to let your baby pass through the birth canal and out of your vagina's entrance.

After your baby is born, you may notice that your vagina feels slightly looser than its usual form. That's completely normal. Your vagina should start to snap back a few days after giving birth, although it may not return to its original shape completely. If you have had multiple child births, your vaginal muscles are more likely to lose a little bit of elasticity. If you are uncomfortable with this, there are exercises you can do to strengthen your vagina floor muscles before during and after pregnancy.

How to strengthen your vaginal muscles

Pelvic exercises are a great way to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. These muscles are part of your core and help support your bladder, rectum, small intestines and uterus. When your pelvic floor muscles weaken from age or childbirth, you may: 

•accidentally leak urine or pass wind.

•feel the constant need to pee .

•have pain in your pelvic area.

•experience pain during sex.

Interested in strengthening your pelvic floor? Here are some exercises you can try: 

Kegel Exercises

First, you need to identify your pelvic floor muscles. To do so, stop midstream while you're peeing. If you succeed, you figured out the right muscles. Once you do, follow these steps: 

1. Pick a position for your exercises. Most people prefer lying on their on their back for Kegels. 

2. Tighten your pelvic floor muscles. Hold the contraction for 5 seconds, relaxing for another 5 seconds. 

3.Repeat this step at least 5 times in a row. As you build up strength, increase the time to 10 sec. Try not to tighten your thighs, abs or butt during Kegels. Just focus on your pelvic floor. For the best results, practice 3 sets of Kegels 5 to 10 times a day. You should see results within a few weeks.

Vaginal cones

You can also strengthen your pelvic floor muscles by using a vaginal cone. This is a weighted, tampon-sized object that you put in your vagina and hold. To do this: 

1.Insert the lightest cone into your vagina. 

2.Squeeze your muscles. Hold it in place for about 15 minutes, twice a day. 

increase the weight of the cone you use as you become more successful in holding the cone in place in your vagina.
