A Lullaby

Sing me a lullaby,

lull me to sleep.

I want to dream soundly -

something to keep.

Sing me a lullaby,

give me some rest,

a break from the torment

that my mind does test.

Another strong poem - I like the short crisp lines. The call for a lullaby is a universal cry and the simplicity of your poem does that cry justice.
