This Emily Dickinson inspired poem i hope sheds light on the importance of introspection and also the importance of Poets for this dangerous mission of life.

Deep into the night I look

Where Shaded Shadow dwells

Right between this world that shook

And levels of many hells

Dangers lurking everywhere on this sin that spins

Shadows lurching openly in travailing winds

Blinded rage

A conditioned stage

All within our book

Darkness revels in hidden cells

Of the minds’ crannied nook

The collective is in danger

 If the Poets we ignore

Our darkest nights without the Lights

To guide us back to shore.

I find interest in the dark. I seem to be in love with an overcast sky, and night time. It's the sunlight I cannot bare to even look at. I hope the night does save us all.
