Return to the healing sanctuary.
Take in the healing.
Let it nourish you.
Follow the journey inward then forward.

Forget sickness.
It never existed from this moment forward.
Reflect back as healing continues and spreads.
Allow restorative healing to nurse you back to life.

Assimilate the comforting yet gentle energy as it envelopes you in sunshine’s love. Remember health: for it is understanding, it knows. It’s of health and remembrance that continues the cycle of life.

Establishment of health lies in awakening remembrance.
Remembrance of health before birth.
Remembrance of health eternities ago.
Remembrance of this exact moment seconds from now.

What is it you desire for yourself the rest of your life?
Do you give life to the prayers you pray? Do you believe the prayer is answered even before you pray it? Believe and know your prayers are known before you even know what to ask. The Almighty knows our hearts and He is merciful in granting us free will.

What is your one major set-intention for the rest of your life? (Mine: self-love)
Can you challenge yourself, for yourself, beside yourself just for the sake of self-love? What is your challenge to yourself to finding success? Are you capable of loving yourself? At least imagine someone else who loves you as you are and love yourself like that. You have to start somewhere!

Then it dawns on me that I did start this journey long ago. I have started somewhere once upon a time. So, I’ll give myself credit for recognizing my faults and taking steps to continue to love myself on a deeper level all-in again. The next step in my very own evolution of loving myself is change. It’s ongoing, forever more, from now on, back through eternity and beyond.
