Walking up the three flights of stairs to my ex-girlfriends apartment, it feels like I am walking knee deep in chocolate pudding.

Even as I walk down the hallway towards her apartment, I'm still slogging through the knee deep imaginary pudding.

With me I carry a box with items that she had left at my place over our ten month relationship.

The box is a Amazon box from which I ordered a toaster oven last week.

You know those boxes with the smirk as a logo. Probably copied from the smirk on Jeff Bezos face as he walks bare foot on his 131 billion dollar fortune. Or is it 157 billion dollars?

I always liked toaster ovens. I was never much into microwaves.

Maybe that was one of the reasons why we broke up.

I'm a toaster oven guy and she is a microwave gal.

Sometimes, opposites don't attract.
