A recap of last night's Toronto/Baltimore Game One.

Last night, the Toronto Blue Jays stretched their losing streak to five games after a 7-1 loss against the Baltimore Orioles.

"We were in the game until the seventh inning," said Jay's manager, Charlie Montoyo.

 Actually, it was the eighth inning when Baltimore scored five runs to pull away from the Jay's.

Baltimore's Cedric Mullins hit to home runs, including, a two run homer in the bottom of the eighth.

Mullins went three for four at the plate and had four RBIs last night.

 

Cedric Mullins had four RBIs last night.

Jay's Lourdes Gurriel Jr. hit a solo home run last night.

The Oriole's hitters were also a factor last night.

The hitters were resilient, creating a high pitch count for Jay's starting pitcher, Robbie Ray.

Ray allowed six hits and had five strikeouts in 4.1 innings.

As for the Jays, their bats were silent.
