A fathers day poem for fathers to their childeren

My little girl

My little star

Shining brightly in my mind

Dark pig tails

And deep brown eyes

Singing sweetly at my side

Covered in mud

In your coverall jeans

You've been in your sand castle again

Your raven's laughter

Fills me with pride.

You're my little star

But you're not afar

Little star

How I love to look upon you

I see my face looking in my eyes

Little star

Messenger of God

That's what your name means

Little star

And I dream that one day we will meet

But until then I'll see you when I sleep

My little star

My little star

My little star

Criss Sole

Very touching. I imagine that's how my dad must have felt about me.
