A recap of last night's Toronto/Miami Game One.

Lourdes Gurriel Jr.

Lourdes Gurriel Jr.'s RBI double in the ninth inning was the difference as the Toronto Blue Jays won 2-1 against the Miami Marlins last night.

The Blue Jays bullpen was the factor last night.

The bullpen contained the Marlin's offence enough to allow the Jays to score the winning run in the ninth inning.

Vladmir Guerrero Jr. tied the game 1-1 at the top of the fifth inning.

Guerrero Jr. and Reese McGuire went two for four at the plate.

Jay's starting pitcher, Ross Stripling went six innings, alowing an earned run and struck out seven batters.

Jay's reliever, Jordan Romano recorded his fourth save of the season.

Miami's Jesus Sanchez hit a solo home run in the bottom of the second inning.

This was the Jay's third straight win.

Game Two is tonight.
