All about nature.....

Nature could be beautiful

Or ugly

And aggravating

Nature is such a wide category of things

Including the sky, grass, greens, and plants

Some consider nature ants

Or birds that fly up high

While others say that dull old gravel

And crystal caves we must unravel

Are included in the category marvel

Nature is so peaceful

But sometimes it does fight

And extinguishes that harmony light

Nature is so colorful

From blues to reds to purples to green with yellow outlined holes

Nature helps make your cereal

And all of our material

It is so useful and reusable

Yet neglected and conflicted

We must preserve it all together

For for thousands of years it has kept us alive

And made us feel as though without our often placed invisible tethers

Our ancestors sometimes served nature

And at other times used it to ration

But all in all

We must never forget

That nature is all we ever had

And all we’ll ever get.

Wow. I loved the rhyming you used throughout the poem, and it really felt like you meant what you were writing. I really enjoyed reading this poem, and I'm looking forward to reading your next piece! :)
