Bullpen Falters for the Jays

A recap of last night's Baltimore/Toronto Game Two.

After being ahead 5-1, the Toronto Blue Jay's bullpen faltered last night as the team lost to the Baltimore Orioles 6-5.

George Springer put the Jays ahead 1-0 in the bottom of the second inning with a solo home run.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. hit his 25th home run of the season in the bottom of the third inning.

Up 3-1 in the bottom of the seventh inning, Marcus Semien hit a two run double.

Unfortunately for the Jay's, the wheels came off at the top of the eighth inning.

The Orioles scored four runs in the eighth inning.

Then, the Jays walked in the winning run at the top of the ninth inning.

The Blue Jay's five game win streak ended.

Baltimore's Austin Hays had two RBIs last night.

Orioles starting pitcher, Matt Harvey pitched 5.2 innings, allowing just three earned runs.

Lourdes Gurriel Jr. went three for four at the plate.

Jay's starting pitcher, Alek Monoah went six innings and had six strike outs.
