When you have “aggressively spreading” cancer and you’re waiting for an appointment for surgery

Resting comfortably

Weak after week

With ten miles

Of bad road

Behind me

Unilaterally ignorant

Of the answers I seek

All the while

Only silence

From the powers that be

Waiting for the god complex

To spew the insight

Which may remedy

The consuming

Ache and pain

Praying for the

Bureaucratic machinery

To set my world a right

So that I can

Breath again

Thanks. I need to consciously look for different subject matter. Even i am growing weary of the medical trauma drama.
