The deeps of the human soul is sometimes a desolate and barren landscape

Where the turbulent seas of emotion crash against the cliffs of logic

and destinies are forgotten and wills are broken

Where venomous words are spoken beneath treacherous breath

where deeds done in the shadows will always come to the light

And the games played have no winners but are played over and over

These are the inevitable rules to the games we play

These are the depts and bowels of the human psyche

So keep your flame burning, the light might seem faint but the glow is a beacon

Add fuel to keep it ablaze and light your way

and to show those you love the way
