entwining tightly into a a single mass
so dense that light can barely pass

their strength defies all resistance
merely by their coexistence

A free strand, loose in the wind
Has no structure or discipline

Free to move about in any direction
Not tethered by any connection

Just adrift and free
Left alone to just be

But what kind of strength
Is built in solitude at length

Can we really withstand
The forces that try to disband

The dreams we built on our solo flight
When we had no measure of wrong or right

Does a single thread bear the strength
Or endurance to holdout at length

Against the attacks from enemies so dark
Their only intent is to rip you apart

A single thread can be free,
But creating a strand is the key

To generating a strong defense
Against all those who hate the threads existence

Twisting and molding together
Growing closer with each looped tether

Entwining tightly into a a single mass
So dense that light can barely pass

Their strength defies all resistance
Merely by their coexistence

But each thread is not lost to the other
They independently nestle next to one another

In a display of strength, trust, and choice
Their message is conveyed to the world without a voice

We stand together
And we will wether

Against the fear sourced in your heart
that tries unsuccessfully to tear us apart.
