"Who's the bitch now?" Laura whispered to herself as she looked down at her husband Tony's lifeless body.

The weekend camping trip to make up for his latest abuse of her didn't go the way Tony planned. He finished a bottle of bourbon at last night's campfire, called his wife Laura a bitch with a slap that loosened her tooth. The next morning he apologized for the beating and swore (for the umpteenth time) that it would never happen again. Laura knew it would.

"Let's go for a walk after lunch," she told him.

They walked for miles till she was sure there was nobody around. She walked up behind him when the path narrowed and pushed him off the edge of a cliff. Laura watched Tony bounce around the sharp rocks like a pinball. He hurt her shoulder when he tried to grab her on his way down, but the pain was pale in comparison to the feeling of relief. 'No more' she sighed while she watched his head split open like a coconut.

She'll call her husband in as a missing person around sunset. She will tell the authorities that he went for a hike and didn't return. They won't search for Tony until dawn. Laura was hoping the animals will eat him and the buzzards peck out his eyes.

"Who's the bitch now?" she said a little louder before heading back to camp.
