Everyone has a monster, some days it wins and some days you win. Today I am just trying to stay afloat, so I am writing.

Today you are not my friend.

Today you are my enemy.

Making my mind race,

without pictures

without sound.

Making my heart race,

making me feel,

lonely,

clostrophobic.

I cannot complete

task,

let alone

conversation.

Every word overheard,

feels like a rock,

thrown.

Every moment alone,

feels like an,

eternity.

wish you were

my friend,

and not my monster.

Whispering positively,

instead of,

negative.

Conveying

cheerful thoughts,

instead of,

LIES!

You are not a

physical manifestation

but you wound me

more than a,

physical attack!

You are psychological

and you cause

more pain

as a pigment of my imagination.

I DESPISE YOU!

WISH YOU GONE!

However, you are

apart of me,

and that I cannot change.

SO I write about you,

I distract myself with music

I sit and breathe.

Hoping I can lull,

you back to your slumber

and secure your door

one day forever...
