Justice.

The Verdict

Racism and police brutality is a reality still living in America

Adding to the hysteria in our community, and shouldn’t be, but it’s woven, into our fabric laid out by Derek Shauvin

Because of todays technology world wide, we all could see

Without it, there wouldn’t be even an apology, for what Chauvin did on one knee

What this Jury did, aside from finding him guilty, was also save a city, by serving justice instead of pity

The “Blue Wall” is an institution, but this time, and this murder, there will be retribution

My hope….this verdict goes a long way towards the solution of cleaning up our police stations so full of pollution.

At this point, this is no longer disbelief

Yet in the wake of Floyd’s death may the Verdict provide his family some relief, through their many days of continued sadness and grief
