What do you know about 'zero' or 'nothingness'? Let's dive into something which you may not have even thought about till now.
It is not a piece of classic literature, this is something different. If you want to get out from the bubble of classic literature for once and dive into something new, this may be the read for you, a short and sweet read but something that will question your existence forever. Let's see if someone can understand the meaning behind this article.

ZERO

Have you ever waked up in the morning in your bed and thought, ‘Wow! I am alive, again!’? In today’s day and age, it is really easy to forget our worth; the worth of our life, until it’s too late. Just think about it, when you’re sleeping, if you do not dream, you do not have any conscience. I mean the brain and the bodies do their work to keep you alive, but you do not feel conscious. Nothing matters at that time; the work you have to do in the office, the grumpy client you have to meet, the finances you have to sort out, the taxes you have to pay, nothing matters, not love, not family, and not even life itself. You are just there, lying in bed and you are not there, at the same time. When I say ‘you', I refer to your ‘conscious self'. How easy it is to live in unconsciousness!

Now, what is that state of unconsciousness called? People have different names; I prefer the term ‘nothingness’. I have had this weird connection with this word, ‘nothingness’, it comes out of nowhere in my mind, may it be during some conversation or during some thought process. What is the other name for ‘nothingness’, you may ask? There are quite a few words that can be used to describe it, like zero (0) or ‘Sunya’. Now, I begin to think what is the importance of ‘zero’ in our life. Is it just the nothingness during the sleep that I described before? Turns out, it is more than that. You see, you may think that ‘something' is the opposite of ‘nothing’. In a way, yes, yes it is! But, it is more like the two sides of a coin. They both have a mutual existence. Something comes out of nothing and something can also become nothing. As a simple example, zero (which is nothing as I explained earlier), raised to the power zero is one (which is something). So, it is just a natural thing. Something comes out of nothing. This universe also came out of zero. So, in a way, Nothingness is GOD. ‘Nothingness’ creates ‘Something-ness’, God creates a universe. Nothingness is ‘Brahma’, ‘Vishnu’ and ‘Shiva’. Everything in existence, you, me, the computer, or the book you are reading this in, we are the creation of ‘zero’. Everything comes out of nothingness and maybe someday we will again go and converge back to ‘nothingness’.

It is not Shiva who will destroy the world, it will just transform the world back to its origin, so that entropy decreases and there is peace everywhere, and what is peace? It is nothing but ‘zero’, just tranquility everywhere.

Nothingness is this thing that we seek for as well as fear the most. The closer we experience nothingness, as I said earlier, is during sleep. The actual nothingness to our mind comes ‘maybe after death’? I don’t know. So, that proves my statement. It is the most beautiful creation which did not need to be created and yet somehow it exists or existed some billion years in the past and maybe exists some billions of years ahead in the future.
