Every "let's play" video I've ever bothered to watch on YouTube has been mostly unedited, if not entirely a raw recording of a Twitch stream. I think Twitch is as popular as it is precisely because of this kind of raw human connection. Seems odd that anyone would ever consider that "poor quality."

But then I tend to watch first person puzzlers, simulation games, and other offbeat Indie titles. Perhaps there's more editing and "polish" amongst content created by insecure young men showing off their "skillz" on a mainstream FPS game or something.

As I write this I'm starting to feel a little old now, lol
