A mix of and hardly matching Haikus for an Autumn Day.

Caterpillar crawled

Annoyingly on the branch

I wanted to trim. *** JEF

The slow moving Sun

descending to extinction

on the horizon. *** JEF

Autumn's leaf floating

on adventurous wind gusts

to eternity. *** JEF

Retirement fishing;

My fishing pole, tackle-box,

cushioned seat, no bait. *** JEF

Past years lingering

In less than grand procession,

visions of friendships. *** JEF

COCK-A-DOODLE-DOO !

One squinting eye opens and

Covers are pulled overhead. *** JEF
