This was a gift from the wind,
A thousand hearts pinned to a fence,
Looking for another,
As if nothing happened.
Living by moving,
Following landmarks,
The selfish sky spin,
The walkaway promise.
The wind gave a gift,
The wind took it away.

Indeed Adam :-) This poem came after watching a Korean movie called Wind Bell. The poem is about the capriciousness of childhood, how as kids we have so little control over the things that will shape us for the rest of our lives.
