Here are 6 steps on how to create a goal and have it stick

I would like to give you some tips on how to create goals and put them into ACTION!

 

STEP 1: Brain dumping- If you don’t know what kind of goal you’d like to do, write everything down on things that you may enjoy. 

 

Step 2: Make a decision on which goal you’d like to try first. Write it down, and decide on a reasonable date.

 

Step 3: Break your goal down into monthly, then weekly, and daily. Decide how much time you are going to work on it daily. Stick to a routine, be disciplined. 

 

Step 4: Find something that inspires and/or encourages you to keep going.

 

Step 5: Find someone to hold you accountable, or at least tell someone what you’re doing! By doing this, your goal becomes real and alive! (If you don't have anyone, let me be that person!)

 

Step 6: Once you’ve completed, celebrate yourself! Take a break, however long you need to then begin again!

 

Without having goals in life we can spin out of control real quick, and go in many directions. So do yourself a favor, and start creating goals today, and let every day be a new beginning in your life!
