Long ago I learned
There's a gift I was given
A voice that can be heard
And I wear my heart for a reason

A tale laced with two meanings
Ambiguous it’s seeming
Hidden beneath the surface
Taking bullets with a purpose

I know in the end it’ll be worth it

It’s karma you chameleon
You need to put more feeling in
Not just death to a crow
But a reason to grow

The leaves will fall and then
Learn how to grow again
I don’t think I’ve regressed
Even they think I’m depressed

Insanity is an empty cycle
Unless you earn a golden rifle
To protect the land you’ve been given
Remember who had risen

It’s karma you chameleon
You need to put more feeling in
Not just death to a crow
But a reason to grow

Now I know
It’s time to let go
It’s a thing from the past

I'm no longer in a cast
