This is a short story about a creep on Halloween night. Yeah

I was twelve at the time. It was October 31st 2005 and this would be the last year I went trick R treating with my friends. We attempted to go to three neighborhoods to get as much candy as we could.
However we were warned to stay away from 7572 Crystal drive. The person there was supposedly crazy.
Well we saw him sitting on the front porch with a bowl of candy and everyone seemed to walk by his house. For some reason we decided it’d be nice to go up to him maybe everything would be ok.  His name was Vincent. He seemed ok he gave us some king sized snickers bars and thanked us for coming.
A few hours later we got a knock on the door late at night my mom answered the door kind of mad and saw it was Vincent. He asked where his friends were up too? My mom told him that I was 12 and he was in his 50’s and she’s call the police if he ever came back.
A few days later late at night, I saw Vincent staring at my house from the woods. I got goosebumps. I went through the candy we got and what I found scared me.
On the back of the snickers bar Vincent gave me, was a tracking device. He had placed it there so he could follow us to our homes. Who knows what he would have done if my mom wasn’t home when he came over that night. I showed my mom the tracking device and she called the police, Vincent got arrested. My friends told me they didn’t have any tracking device on there candy it was just me.
It gives me the creeps just thinking about it. I regret not listening to the warnings and now I hope I never see Vincent again.
