A recap of last night's Calgary/Toronto game.

Auston Matthews scored at 2:32 of overtime last night to give his Torinto Maple Leafs the 2-1 win over the Calgary Flames in the annual Hall Of Fame Game

Toronto got some welcomed news before the game.

Their Captain, John Tavares, was back in the lineup after missing a game because of a lower-body injury.

The game was scoreless until the third period.

Shots on goal in the first and second period favoured Toronto 13-10.

Toronto had quite a few chances to score in the second, but were unable to get the puck passed Flame's goalie, Dan Vladar who stopped 35 shots last night.

Calgary's Oliver Kylington broke the scoreless tie at 4:55 of the third.

Ondrej Kasa tied the game at 12:54.

Toronto's William Nylander continues his hot streak in points.  He had two assists.

Toronto's goalie, Jack Campbell stopped 30 shots.

Calgary has now lost three straight.

Toronto is in Buffalo tonight to play the Sabres.
