depression is something that is over looked i feel strong about this haven been there my self to the point of not wanting to be here anymore.
if you no someone who is down and lonely hold out a hand and try and help.
before it gets too late

Be brave

When you are depressed you do not feel like being with anybody.

You have a feeling of hopelessness about life. You feel trapped and its all down to, depression

Depression is a beast That destroys both heart and soul. The feeling of being alone your scared.

You Can't find the effort to smile,Or get out of my bed. The walls seem to be closing in on you.
the hurt, and the hiding of the pain.

You cant talk to anyone, or if you do they just look at you as if your stupid,

If people only new the truth about how you feel, the pain, the struggle of the day to day  life.

While this crushing darkness breaks my heart.

While this crushing darkness steels my soul,

While the crushing darkness tells me to end it all

It's hard to explain Without being considered insane  I used to think I was strong. Now it's a struggle just to hold on.

Just one hug is all I need. Just one person that cares is all I need.

Just one person to be there to understand how I feel.

To understand that the crushing darkness is real, it is so real.

we are in this battle we have to fight, it is one of the hardest things in the world because lets be real you are alone, you are just you,

All you need do is fight it won’t be easy, you need to do it for your self and no one else.

Be strong be brave you can get through this.

Depression is real and people need to understand, and hold out a hand to help, instead of looking down on you.

Be strong be brave you will get there.
