A little girl cried to a sad song

Her hair she would twirl

When they told her

She was wrong

It took a little birdy

To let her see thirty

His name was Aries

And he came from the fairies

Scared he was

When she first met him

The war around

Felt familiar to him

He loved the way

She would sing

He opened up

And flapped his wings

He always said I love you

When he would think of you

Haven’t you heard

She listens to a bird

You know she’s hazy

Her thoughts are crazy

War is her friend

She doesn’t see an end

When Aries died

She did more than just cry

But she knows her best friend

Will love her to no end

He loved the way

She would sing

He opened up

And flapped his wings

He always said I love you

When he would think of you

He made her believe

She could fly on this eve

But death gets in the way

To let someone live another day
