You can be too logical

So I must be tactical

To win a robot over

One must give it a heart

Do not condone me

I had to do my thing

I learned I’m a tree

And my roots are growing

Think about the what if’s

I know you can get through this

We can’t move on

Until I tell you I’m wrong

I trust you more than ever

We shall have a last endeavor

Hey how are you

That sounds too simple

I left for a year

I won’t return like a pimple

There’s so much

I have gone through

You won’t be my crutch

But instead help push me through

I’ve always dreamed

Of going to battle

But the truth is

I was beat up like cattle

I couldn’t help but think of you

When I wanted inspiration

To help me through

Think about the what if’s

I know you can get through this

We can’t move on

Until I tell you I’m wrong

I trust you more than ever

We shall have a last endeavor

You assumed there

Was no mystery in me

Little did you know

I’m hurt by gravity

You offended me

When you called me weak

I showed you my pain and

You said it was attention I seek

You gave me a chance

And I took it

But you thought I’d leave

How selfish

Think about the what if’s

I know you can get through this

We can’t move on

Until I tell you I’m wrong

I trust you more than ever

We shall have a last endeavor

You confessed your love

When you wanted the glove

You crave someone in your shoe

I promised to learn to fight too

I couldn’t be more happy

To have met a mirror like you

You gave me love that reflected

And I can’t wait to give it too

Take a deep breath

I have put my demons to rest

My soul can’t help but wait

There’s nobody else who can relate
