Everyone has gifts

They were born with

But some fall in pits

And think it’s a myth

She tries to tell them

She sees Angels

But they just think

She sees the wrong angle

She sings out loud

That she wants to be proud

She was given the choice

To use her voice

She’s over dealing with fear

When she knows her Angel is near

They say she’s broken

But she has awoken

She can see how

They resonate now

She speaks like a man

And proves she can

But she also can sing

When she her voice to ring

Maybe they can hear

She’s lived through the fear

She sings out loud

That she wants to be proud

She was given the choice

To use her voice

She’s over dealing with fear

When she knows her Angel is near

Her chest expands

And it hurts her hands

But with her desires

She can still light fires

Her instincts are true

She can love too

And she wants them to know

Life isn’t this low

Music makes them happy

And singing makes her healthy

She sings out loud

That she wants to be proud

She was given the choice

To use her voice

She’s over dealing with fear

When she knows her Angel is near

She has the key

To unlock the gate

But she’s not sure

If she’s ready for hate
