Dread and the news

Black cloud, leave me alone and go away,
rain on my reality parade some other day

The only kind of funnel I want to sees not a cloud,
unless you're a beer bong, you ain't allowed

You think it's funny as hell to follow me
Well, you're about as unfunny as a cloud can be

A fricking flyover comedian, that's a first
Let me burst your bubble, you're the worst

When I wake to start my day, scared to turn on the T. V.
For what should be there to rock my world and greet me?

Just the possible variant end of our world or worse,
And how we've plummeted to worse from first

So 'la, la la, la!,' I'll fiddle and wile away my days
and try to shut out the world for the world is crazed!
