Riches to the rich

Poverty to the poor

Dying to the destitute

These hands are pure

A loving God to the righteous

Damnation to the untouchables

Exile to those in limbo

These hands conjure

Treasures for the chosen ones

Misfortune for the gentiles

Pennies to the suffering

These hands endure

The eye of the needle is becoming thinner

The riches are emerging heavier

Noble knuckles are scraping and bloody

These hands are weary and unsure

Repeat for me this prayer

"Poverty to the poor

Damnation to the untouchables,

Treasures for the chosen ones,

Forevermore, forevermore"

Plymouth rock shook their boat 7 times over

They laid their hands down in rejoice

Asked God how they could bring him glory

A bellowing came from beneath a tree of green and clover

"Make your hands like my hands and the earth will know your story"
