An inspiring, but cold morning's concise chronicle in a bit more than two hundred words.

The morning woke up in a biting cold mood today. Autumn seems to be making another attempt to take what it deserves this year. But the gentian blue coolness of this day sparkled with vital energy and creative inspiration. Its tart taste burned the tongue, but it was stimulating as well. It was kind of an ethereal muse as it bestowed me a wealth of ideas. I jotted these down as soon as I got home, otherwise they would have evaporated quickly like camphor.

Apart from the weather though, everything else was still celebrating the long, renascent summer. In the park, the fountain’s water danced, the browning colours of Nature were still somewhat green and the birds still soared with joyful exuberance.

The bony-fingered northern winds didn’t care about this, they blocked the sun with white cloud-puffs to cool the world further. But that didn’t really achieve much.

Because the world was stirred up by this sort of rabid attempt. Even the rays of the sleepy sun stretched out from behind the clouds to cast their golden light everywhere.

The roses also opened their petals earlier than usual. With their sweet, balmy fragrance they made the atmosphere of their surroundings more pleasant, just as you make the space where you appear with your cheerfulness and flower-beauty more pleasant…
