A life in progress

A life and living is in at least my mind two very different things. We breath, eat, sleep, rest and so forth to live. To get to an age where the body gives up. This is life. A start and and a finish. Living is what we do with life. Quality instead of only quantity. This book is not entirely about me, rather a story about the past me, and the future me if things goes as hoped.
