He was easy on the eyes
Light-skinned, muscular & well-toned
He was refined with good manners
The son of a prominent Doctor
Looks can be deceiving though
When someone is two-faced to the core
He would brag to everyone
That he was once a porn star
Living life in the fast lane of Hollywood
The reality and truth was
He could not rise to the occasion
To land a leading role
When they asked hm to jerk off
At his first job interview
He had even haphazardly stitched the label
Porn ? Star
Onto the leather coat he wore
He was an alcoholic who would stay up late
Sipping spirits every night
Watching porn and jerking off
Hoping his deviant behavior would not wake me
During our time together
I was the sole breadwinner
There was always a reason why
He was not able to hold down a job
From the very moment I met him
I covered the rent, the groceries and bills
While he diddled away his days
Researching about the Illuminati along with
Other prominent conspiracy theories
To everyone who would listen
He touted that Hollywood executives
Had ripped off his script & re-written it
Into the blockbuster film known as
Enemy of the State
In hindsight I wonder why I stayed so long
When I knew deep down in my heart
That he really didn't love me
My days with him were already numbered
It was difficult to purge myself from him
When I felt loved by his parents
The feeling of acceptance from them
Wasn't one I'd ever experienced as a kid
I am mortified to admit that I sought
The company of emotionally unavailable men
In my quest to hid from the pain of my past
Putting their needs in front of my own
Somehow comfortable in always being last

Pornography destroys the men who watch it and the women who "star" in it. As a connoisseur of conspiracy theories... I don't know how he missed the ones about porn.
