A life filled with sorrow

A place where nothing good ever comes from

Loud cries of mothers

Wailing for their lost

With memories of all we have done

He asked “have you every done something right”

Never “he cried”

The pain one experience

What more can one want

Other than a new beginning

A new chance to start over again

Starting over in a place where you’re free

Free like the eagle in the sky

Soaring toward high places

A new life, where no one will ask

Our sweetest songs are those

that tell of saddest thought

Since our society equates happiness with youth

we often assume that

sorrow, quiet desperation, and hopelessness

go hand in hand with getting older

When i cry so much, it makes me realize that breathing is hard

but now really I'm alone.survive the killing, the starving

but I think maybe now I will die of this

of broken heart

I don't know if it's possible to take hate away from people.

There’s no greater evil in a place

Proud people breed sad sorrows for themselves

Melancholy is the happiness of being sad
