Cool painting!

Drawing on a skateboard with sharpies is unironically one of my favourite activities (chalk and acrylic too obviously)!!

Sux when ppl tangibly lose their soul... To witness. Vonnegut has a good story on that, the one where the guy wants to be a famous musician like his father but his teacher knows he simply lacks the talent and is bound for other things, he ends up being an emotionally cold businessman with no interest in art beyond financial investment. Figures.

His Sci-fi is the best, Slaughterhouse Five is a fucking Brilliant, time travel, anti-war classic.
Perhaps we are all unbeknownst in an alien zoo on Tralfamadore...

Slaughterhouse 5 was basically non fiction, was very good but tbh I prefer his other novels, but like Kafka, short stories are best in my opinion
