Doctors HATE this one simple trick!!!

Follow these steps and you'll be resented by everyone in no time!

1) Think for yourself.

2) Express your original thoughts.

3) Defend your original thoughts using logos, pathos, and ethos.

4) Consider any salient counterarguments, dispel them if you believe them to be incorrect, substantiate your original arguments using examples and rhetoric. Reiterate your salient arguments.

5) Gauge the response.

6) Say literally anything.

Now you will have pissed off your interlocutor (unless they are a reasonable person).

Good job and I will see you in the next episode of 'I really just don't care about anything anymore so whatever lol'.

En Raiter

Truth! God forbid you are right. The reward for being correct often comes with harsher punishments than just the mockery that would've came with being wrong.

May you be right with yourself over being wrong with others!

Good note Euself

You're working too hard Olive! Steps 3, 4, & 5 are unnecessary!

What does it say about me... that the people who irritate me, irritate me? Is the goal to move beyond petty irritation? Does one have the right to say they understand people that irritate them (within this context)? I legitimately don't know.

Is irritation a desire not to be irritated?

That last question is very good. If one ought not to desire, and not to employ desrire in the pursuit to not desire, then would it not be the same for every other feeling/emotion?

I suppose moving beyond petty irritation is a noble goal. My intent was likely flippant.
