Love
I walk alone
I walk having known love.
It was in my mother’s kiss
That gave my cold heart some bliss.
It was in hugs
In tender touches
It was in swings
That gave them wings.
It was in laughs
It was in tears
It was hiding underneath all my fears.
It was in smiles
The ones I brought.
It was the victor
In all the battles I fought.
It was in goodbyes
That made tears fall from eyes.
I live alone
I walk alone
One day I will die alone.
I would depart having known love.
In its purest
In its highest.
Blessed be the ones that loved
Blessed be the ones that loved.

Amazing piece. Love truly is the deepest form of expression.
