Lying low in acage outside the room where the older dogs dwell a six-week-old puppy used perfect timing to steal my heart. There were four cages three of which were empty, however, my new love was in the fourth. Lifting her head up when she heard me saying goodbye to the dog's caregiver our eyes connected and I knew right then and there that she was coming home with me. As weeks rolled into months she successfully trained me to take care of her just the way she likes it.We go to bed early and get up early. No later than 7:00 a.m. she goes outside to do her business and wants her breakfast the exact moment she comes back in the house. She has her regular food plus one strip of bacon and an egg cooked the way she likes it, no exception. All day every day it's all about her. We get along very well as long as I don't break any of her rules. Humble she's not, she was a stray and learned to live off the land. She doesn't follow instructions so I have stopped giving her any. She doesn't show favoritism she naw on the rest of the family's feet just as much as she does mine. Shoes, don't stand a chance she sees them as something to tear apart when she's bored. None of my friends and family find it amusing when I tell them that I'm bringing her over to their house for an all-nighter. Can you imagine it, they turn me down every time. I have come to see her asPrincess Vivian and she has taught me that as long as I don't break any of her rules she will have a very good, long, and happy life.
