The Service follows a young entrepreneur, who has a rather unusual and risky business model. Joel, his assortment of friends, and business associates, all walk a very thin line between legal and unlawful. However, his business model is sound, and policy or regulatory concerns are not going to get in the way of this workaholics big picture or bottom line. Being first to market is never easy, and market laggards are not always happy with disruptive enterprises that change the legacy market in adverse ways. Even in a racket like offering on call security services to prostitutes, there will always be those looking to hedge bets on outdated business models. In the mean time Joel, his assortment of friends, and the strange characters they meet doing that job, end up making one funny read. Meanwhile, as the reader you are treated to "fly on the wall" front row action to it all the fun!

Mr Damien Rampasca is very rich, and he is worn ragged of his bossy daughter Melanie.

So I probably need to explain this. I'm just uploading this because it will never see the light of day otherwise, so I take an acting class and every year we perform monologues. I can never find one I like so this time I wrote my own and performed it. Now because of this, there is really no background or story, so it will likely leave you puzzled and there's not much I can do about that. The other thing to keep in mind is that I wrote this in seven minutes so don't expect Hamlet or anything. ENJOY!
Lesa, a young woman visits a church for the first time in a new town she just moved to for work and experience an unusual sequence of events. This is no ordinary church. This church has secrets and is no stranger to witchcraft, necromancy, and divination. Through her faith and obedience with the help of angels she is able to rebuke and cancel the plans of Ekwensu, the all-powerful pastor who is a pawn of Satan and Mother Laveau, a creole voodoo woman who is the pastor’s aide.
This is an adaption of different cultural views of the supernatural including angels, witches, and demons in a perspective from the modern day church. It's so easy to be deceived when you don't have the ability to use discernment right away.
