Joey left a few minutes later and I told Amy what he said. She wanted nothing to do with him. I however did. My cell phone rang while we were leaving.

"Hello."

"Mom, calm down. What?"

"We'll be there as soon as possible."

"What's wrong?" Amy asked.

"My dad was shot whenh he pulled someone over."

"Oh no!"

We got there about 10 minutes later. We went in and they directed us on where to go. When I saw my mom she was crying. A doctor was talking to her. I went over and my mom hugged me.

"He's gone sweety."

"What? Dad's okay right?"

"No. He died not too long ago."

I sat down and cried. Why my dad? He never hurt anybody! I was slumped against the wall. Amy hugged me and I layed my head on her shoulder.

"It'll be okay Liv."

"No it won't! My little girl won't know her grandfather because some stupid jerk didn't want to be arrested!"

We left since there was nothing more to do. Amy went home and me and my mom went home. I decided not to tell my mom about Joey. She'd kill me. Okay maybe not but she'd be mad.

When we got home Andy was waiting outside my house on my porch. My mom said hi but went into the house. I stood infront of him.

"what do you want?" I asked.

"The stuff I gave you."

"why? To give them to Tammy?"

"No. I'll get rid of them. Anything of you I don't want."

"Why? Because I'm pregnant? Not your baby? Or Tammy wants you to do it?"

"Tammy's very nice. You should be her friend."

"What do you get out of it? A job? You can have your crap."

I went in my house and got a bag and put 2 rings, a necklace, a vase with roses he gave me 3days ago, and a porcelain figurine of a heart that said 'I Love You' for valentines day and dropped it down from my window by him.

"Bye Andy!"

Whatever he was so upset about I didn't know and didn't care. My new interest was Joey.

Isn't he? I wanted to but i couldnt. lol. I will try. its on the top of my list...but i have a few things for homework.
