Mr. Furball had the purrrrfect plan. Last night he climbed in one of the windows in Tyler's house, since he was a cat it was easy to go through every drawer, nook, and cranny without making a sound. After he found the ray he jumped out the window, unfortunately he tumbled to where a nearby toxic waste factory used to be. After he absorbed some of that he could speak. He could speak like a human could speak. So then in the morning he hypnotized the mayor to gather the adults and teenagers in town square. Then Mr. Furball went up to the microphone aimed the Ray at them and said:\" You will now be my minions. When I snap my fingers you will do the thing I said in the sentence before.\" and with that he had his army.
