Prolog

My heart is pounding as I crash through the tree with two other people scrabbling ahead of me and a chainsaw following right behind I know if I don’t hide I will die so I scramble forward trying to keep out of reach of the saw which was coming closer by the minute so I scramble up a tree and hide as I see my friends Jenna and Tim dashing around the tree with the man trailing right behind I want to scream out but I know that will give me away so I stay silent as my friends trip I want to scream but I am paralyzed to the spot. I see the saw come down on Jenna’s head and her brains gush.  Tim just stops and screams to the sky even though he knows if he stops he is going to die. As the saw comes around I see his eyes flash at me and beg me for help then the saw hits and he’s gone.  I know I have to get out but the only question is how.
