because honestly, I need a thriller!

Contest Instructions:

The Theme of this Contest is Horror and it will be written in a Novella Format (Five Chapter Novel).
Before you read any further, if you are not good on commitment, then please do not Participate in this Contest.
"Booksie Idol" Contestants, if you want to Participate in this Contest, you can, but "Booksie Idol" is your main priority. If you don't think you can write a Short Story in two weeks every Challenge and then write a Chapter for your Novella every so often, then please do not Participate in this Contest.
With the above in mind, if you would like to become a Co-host instead of participating, let me know through my email: crb809@gmail.com. You can't Participate in this Contest as a Co-host obviously, but I will reward you for your services.
If you do want to give this Contest a chance, leave me a Comment in the Comment Box below. I promise you now that this Contest will not be tricky or difficult in any way. I like organization and that's exactly what it will be.

Contest Guidelines:

This Contest will officially begin on Monday, August 26th, 2013, giving you plenty of time to enter into it, as well as planning out the plot to your Novella. Don't get too excited, however because there are only going to be 13 available spots.
Also, your Novella has to be a brand new piece of work. It cannot already exist on Booksie.
The second you finish reading everything that I have written here, you can begin on your Novella. Remember, this Contest is strictly for Horror Themed Novellas.
Before you begin on your Horror Novella, however, each Novella submitted will have a minimum and maximum of Five Chapters. No more or less than that. Prologues and Epilogues are prohibited because there's no need for them really.
Chapter length is up to you. However you can express your point across, is entirely up to you.
Below, will be a Schedule for you to follow for your convenience because each Chapter will have 13 days for you to write it, edit it, and submit it; that way you won't fall behind on the Novella, or the Contest.
That said, I will not accept any links to the First Chapter of your Novella until the day of Monday, August 26th, 2013. That does not mean that the First Chapter is due then, it just means that you can start posting the links to your First Chapter then. Just look at the Schedule below.
And that includes all updates on your Novella following the First Chapter. You can post the following Chapters, after the last due date of the previous chapter. This will hopefully avoid the rushing feeling you get when you write a long story too quickly. If you're confused, either look below at the Schedule or ask me questions.
To submit your Novella to me, all you have to do is to paste your link in the Comment Box below, so that I can create a list of all 13 Novellas, keeping me organized throughout this Contest. Once I have your link, you won't need to submit it again for following Chapters. Just "Keep Me Updated" (within the Scheduled Dates) in the Comment Box Below. Use this page as your Novella Reading Request page.
Every time, I get a Novella Reading Request, I will read the newest Chapter instead of waiting for the end of the Contest. I don't want to read 65 Stories at one time. It will be easier for me to read Five Separate Chapters every 13 days. So, Results will be done on Thursday, October 31st, 2013.
In the end, what I am looking for is to be scared out of my mind, which, mind you, doesn't happen. Be careful, however, because you do not want to overdue it. In other words, the most scariest Novella Entry wins.

Hey. I'm really sorry for the short notice but I think I can't pursue this contest. It's just that I got caught up with all my school works and it's really becoming unhealthy, education wise because my focus is lacking already. I was advised by my parents to stop writing 'til I have my semestral break. I really hope you do understand and I'm really really sorry.
